The picturesque pond is about 30 meters long, 15 meters wide, and 2 to 3 meters deep. It is perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating and is suitable for swimming or bathing on hot days. A cozy bench by the shore invites you to watch the beautiful sunset and end the evening with a glass of wine.

The Vineyards
The three vineyards on the property are a true jewel. They transform into a colorful sea of colors in the fall, but they are also well-maintained and beautiful to look at in the summer. For wine enthusiasts, it is a great opportunity to make your own wine and take care of the vineyard with dedication and care.

The Grill & Campfire
The barbecue area and campfire spot offer the perfect setting for communal grilling or preparing the Hungarian specialty Pörkölt in a large kettle. Gather around the fire as the sun sets and enjoy an unforgettable evening under the stars.
The Summer Kitchen
The summer kitchen is a 40m² wooden house, rustically furnished in a hunting lodge style. A large fireplace and grill invite you to cook and barbecue, while the seating at the large tables with benches can accommodate up to 30 people. Let yourself be enchanted by the warm and inviting atmosphere.
The Arcadehouse
The Arcadehouse is a Mediterranean-style guesthouse with wide, arched arcades along the facade, providing a pleasant shaded seating area. In front of the house is a small pond with goldfish, dragonflies, and frogs basking on pond roses.
