This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. 3. Booking data

When you make a booking through our website, we collect the following data:

  • Phone number
  • Number of guests (adults, children)
  • Number of pets (dogs, cats)
  • Desired travel dates
  • Special requests

This data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the accommodation contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond that in accordance with tax and commercial law retention periods.

4. Payment processing (Stripe)

For online payment processing, we use the service Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). When you choose to pay online, your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe processes your data in accordance with its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment). We do not store your credit card data on our servers.

5. Contact form

When you contact us via contact form, we collect the data you enter in the form (name, e-mail address, message). The processing is carried out for the purpose of handling your inquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data will be deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled, unless retention periods apply.

6. Google Calendar integration

We use Google Calendar to manage apartment availability. The integration runs server-side; no personal data is transmitted to Google through this integration. Only booking dates are synchronized to display availability.

7. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session cookies, CSRF protection). These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and cannot be deactivated. No tracking cookies or analytics tools are used.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
